You might remember me telling you about my desire to go on a mission trip to Jamaica for Spring Break last fall - I said we'd be working in orphanages & that since kids are totally my thing, I thought it would be perfect for me.
One of the girls who is going on the trip this year & has gone other years too.
Do you remember that?
Well tomorrow is the day that I get on the big bird and fly to Jamaica to make my dream a reality.
I have to say, I'm a little nervous because it seems like everyone is going with a friend except me - I'm all on my lonesome - but I'm hoping this gives me the opportunity to meet new friends I might not have met otherwise.
My camera is going to be attached to me & I promise to come back with lots of pictures & stories.
Until then, if you'd like to say a little prayer, please just pray that I will obviously make it there & back safely but also that I remember to remain in the moment and soak up the opportunity to the very fullest.
