Ouch.

Alright you guys, I hate to talk about food again, but I need advice.

I have a very, very sensitive stomach. Like, it's dumb how sensitive it is. When I was a baby, I had colic for months on end & didn't sleep because of it. Well, things haven't changed much.

So right now, as I'm typing, my stomach hurts so bad. If you laid your head on it, you could hear it just moving around like crazy. I don't understand it at all.

I'm sure some of you have stomach issues & yeah, I've been to stomach doctors but one told me to send in a stool sample & I'm sorry but no. I'd rather suffer.

So if you have these issues, look at what I've eaten today & tell me what you think it might be. I'm open to any suggestions ... this is just too annoying right now.

8 a.m. - piece of toast with PB, 2 hard boiled eggs, banana
12 p.m. - turkey sandwich, 1 C mac & cheese, brocoli
7 p.m. - 2 crab ragoons & a salmon, avacado salad

This is literally all I've eaten today. How is it even possible that my stomach hurts so bad??

HELP!

I'm no expert on stomach pain by any means. But have you ever tried going gluten-free for a couple days to see if anything changes?

What kind of pain is it? Upset? Acid reflux? Lower abdomen? It could be so many things. Based off of your diet that you listed it seems like you're eating a lot of protein, maybe too much? Have you ever tried probiotics?

i'm just gonna jump into it: you're eating a bunch of things that make you go, & you're eating a bunch of things that plug you up.

go foods: banana, broccoli, crab
no go foods: eggs & cheese

that might be it. try to eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day, that might help.
